To Generate knowledge on the above consumer choices and production models and Inform, Defend, Protect, Educate and Represent consumers;with a particular emphasis on the rights of the most disadvantaged ones.

CICODEV Africa utilizes some of the following methods (by legitimate and appropriate means only) to achieve our objectives:

  •  Initiates studies and conducts research on topics and subjects related to its purpose.
  •  Conducts comparative analyses of products and services.
  •  Takes action in the fields of education, information, training and communications.
  •   Supports, facilitates and engages in dialogue with public and private sectors and civil society
    stakeholders on consumer and sustainable development policies.
  •   Builds and engages networks on both national and international levels.
