CICODEV Africa adheres to the principle of equality between men and women, in
terms of access to resources and opportunities, and integrates the gender aspect in
the management of its activities.
All of CICODEV Africa’s priority programs and their implementation, incorporate an
analysis of the impacts of sectoral public policies on women and girls and their
access to basic social services. Our activities in advocacy, awareness-raising,
representation and partnerships; seek to restore this equality and balance.
