Telecommunications services are growing strongly around the world, and particularly in Senegal. In 2013, the mobile penetration rate is estimated at 93.6% (ARTP 2013).
But the sector is dominated by a few operators and anticompetitive practices are frequent, to the detriment of the economy and consumers.
